I can feel in the early afternoon that it is full and needs to be changed. Therefore, I use one in the morning, one at midday and the last one at night. Absorbancy and resistance to leakage are very important to me. The Depends do well in both categories. I used to buy the RiteAid store brand until they changed and the new style briefs did not work at all. I switched to Depends which serve me OK. Depends keeps threatening to upgrade their product which concerns me a lot for fear that they will cheapen it so that it will no longer do the job. Depends give me a good 4 hours between changes which is enough to get through the day.
