The buckles would not be easily removed and reattached to the straps unless you can sew. These straps were nice quality, but it sounds like they may not work for your application. **Q: Does one end have loop to attach to trailer? If not can anyone suggest the type straps I need to have loop for trailer?** A: There is a male end and female end buckle that is designed to go around the trailer and clip together. There are no loops on these straps. **Q: Has anyone tested these for pulling down the highway?** A: These strap will work for towing. **Q: Will these work with the s2 expedition rv cover?** A: Thank you for reaching out to us.
