Product actually does what it says it'll do. My dog's teeth are visibly whiter. His breath has never been bad but use this as a preventive measure.

My son told me my dogs breath isn't very good, regardless of vet dental visits. I can't smell and I had no idea. We did a lot of research and chose this product. It is working very good for my dog and it only took a few days to help. I would love to give this product a 5 star rating...but...whatever engineer designed the packaging for it and the "tamper proof" seal needs to be strung up! It is almost impossible to get the bottle open. Seriously, it is a 5 minute feat to peel off some plastic. A serious redesign is not out of the question. I stabbed one of the bottles at the top to use it because I was done fighting with a piece of plastic. My son laughed and thought I was kidding, so when the next order came in he tried. He said this was an almost impossible task!

This item is very effective and simple to use. Just sad to the doggies And kitties water. A lot of value for the money because the bottle is huge last me a couple of months. Most of all it actually works. My doggie had plaque and after using this for a month or two there hasn’t been any plaque for the last nine months. I highly recommend.

This product works well for helping my dogs breath smell better. I would rate it a 4/5 for that.Unfortunately the packaging is a 1/5. It is extremely difficult to get the plastic off the top. I have to use a sharp knife to break through it as there is NO tear away perforations.Then you have to squeeze the sides of the lid to break another release to open the measuring cup lid. I have arthritis in both of my thumbs and cannot open it myself. Very frustrating!!!

Bought this because our elderly cat was experiencing pain from gingivitis, especially noticeable when he was eating. I started adding this to his water & wet food and he has eaten/drank it without issue. After a week or so his mood improved and he no longer seems afraid to eat. Over time his breath has gotten better, and he seems more lively. Would definitely recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It is very rare that a product actually impresses me. I wish I had before/after photos, but my large breed dog at 1.5 years old had substantial tartar buildup given her age. Her vet broadly recommended a water additive. I saw this one and was skeptical, but figured what the heck. 2 large bottles have lasted me 6 months and her tartar buildup is 100% gone, bright, white puppy teeth again at now 2 years old. I am genuinely shocked. I have modified NOTHING else with this dog's care. I am curious about long-term health effects from whatever is in this stuff, but her teeth are perfect. 10/10.

I have a dog (Tango) and two cats (Toccata and Toothless) that share the same water bowl. Finding a product like this that is written as safe for both was a hardship (most say "only for dogs" or "only for cats"). The dog had dental issues prior to rescuing me, so I want anything I can get to help his dental health. And Toothless (despite having all of his teeth) has the nastiest breath ever!All of the animals drink the water with the product in it - so they clearly don't have any issues with smell or taste. And, even though I don't use it as regularly as I could, Toothless' breath is sooooo much better now. I don't see much difference with the dog, but his problem wasn't about breath anyway.I've already bought more bottles!
