Great little chain saw! As an older gal, I appreciate its light weight and it’s easy to use! Works really well on branches and smaller “weed trees” around my property.

As a woman I did not like to rely on my husband to help me clear our property. I had purchased a battery reciprocating saw to cut away larger branches. It worked great but there was only so much it could do. I could cut down smallness but anything larger than 8" across became a struggle. I decided that I needed a battery chain saw. I chose this model because it has the cheapest batteries and they are exactly the same as the ones at Harbor Freight. I purchased a second battery at a great price with their 20% off coupon. It is made by the same manufacturer, as is the chain saw. Of course my husband had to be the first to try my new saw, lol. One of our trees had blown over in a storm so we cut it down with this saw. It cut just like a gas power saw without the noise, smell and the repeated pulling of the start cord. Just push a button and off it goes! I don't cut wood for firewood or for hours at a time so I can't speak to how it works for that. I can say that it works great for my needs of a few cuts a few times a week. The saw isn't too heavy for me and my bad shoulder. It is way lighter than our gas powered saw. The batteries charge quickly and hold their charge a long time.

Only comes with one battery

After taking advantage of the advertised coupon when I bought this in December, I paid $144. I have owned umpteen gas-powered chainsaws over the years -- and even have an old one in the garage now -- but I hasn't been run in years and would be a terror to get it running again. I needed to cut several fallen/broken Juniper tree limbs and branches due to a recent massive snow storm. Two of the limbs were approx. 8 in. in diameter and several others were from 2-6 in. I am thoroughly impressed with this saw. Did all the cutting necessary on the first battery charge. This is a powerful saw. I am shocked. Actually, I initially thought a battery-powered saw (my first) would be terribly under-powered but I was wrong. This saw completely met my needs. To those who posted poor reviews, I suspect they either did not first completely charge the battery or didn't properly install and tension the chain. Do those two things properly and this saw is a great bang for the buck. The instruction manual is a bit of a laugh, so just read it thoroughly and apply some common sense If you make a living cutting logs, this saw obviously is not for you. If you have a handful of small jobs yearly, this saw would be a great addition for your tool shed. And no more messy gas-powered fuel mixing, cleaning and storage problems. Highly recommended. P.S. I had been looking high and low for a storage/carrying case for my Litheli...finally found one and it fits perfectly: "Poulan Pro 952031152 18- to 20-Inch Gas Chain Saw Carrying Case." I know the size sounds odd, but trust me, it fits perfectly.

This chainsaw is great as long as it runs. Mine ceased to run after a few hours of use. Amazon replaced it with another saw. This too ran for a very short time and then would simply not run. The battery was fully charged and the brake was not actuated but squeezing the trigger produced no effect. I suspected that something electrical may have malfunctioned or some sort of internal breaker may have tripped but there was no reset available. I was able to return it and received a refund but overall a great disappointment.

Didn’t have high hopes but couldn’t be happier. Cute great and has a strong battery life

FYI: ----THIS LITHELI 12" 20V CHAINSAW W/2x 20v lithium ion battery banks----know this __THE BATTERY CHARGER IS NOT SUPPLIED--- They make such a big deal on proper care and maintenance of their battery banks one would think supplying a charger would benift them by having fewer warranty claims. Or at least supply a coupon for 1/2 off a OEM charger. SO I HAVE A CHAINSAW and two batteries that I can't charge making this a unsatisfied purchase. Just received. review coming ASAP

This saw is easy to assemble and powerful. I used it for the first time today and it was easy to handle and use, and cut through medium sized trees with no problem. I was delighted with how easy it was to put the chain on and tighten it, compared with my old Scott's 10 inch saw, (which also needed to be pumped during operation to keep the chain lubricated. The Litheli doesn't.) I really like this chain saw. Very good purchase.

I have no complain especially for this price. by the way, very easy to adjust the chain tension. this will be good tool for hunting and camping.

Assez légère mais Très déçu de la puissance. Difficile de couper des troncs de plus de 4 pouces, s’arrête en milieu de coupe. Aussi l’huile à chaîne fuit un peu. Déçu de la qualité. Je vais essayer de la retourner
