I love Pippin pens, which are increasingly difficult to get, and are getting rather expensive. So I thought I'd give these a try. They're slightly shorter, by a smidgen. They have a fun look to them, and are slightly darker than traditional rose gold, but NOT in an offensive way. It's nice that they come with replacement ink, but it seems from the reviews, that the replacements are problematic. Regardless,, I can't speak to that because that would be premature., and additionally, people seem to walk away with my pens before the ink ever has a chance to run out. They do not look expensive, but they don't look cheap, either. However, they definitely look more expensive than they are, so that's a good thing. Because of that, they are giftable, but if you're gifting them, make sure to give something else with them as I don't think they'd be impressive enough on their own unless it's a gift for no reason and for no occasion. Then they'd be okay on their own. They do have a shimmery look, perfect for anyone who likes glittery things. They're fun pens, and definitely a good deal for the money.

Tightly packed to me means there was too much glitter that it did t fall more freely. It didn’t provide that calming effect that I thought it’ll have. Still beautiful and comes with extra cartridges. Nice heavy pen. These are more novelty. After ink is done, I can see it as a great conversational piece/ fidget tool for the desk.

My husband is in the Air Force, and ALWAYS steals my pens for work. I’ll have a pen diligently sitting any number of places for easy access and use, and inevitably, within a week, every stashed pen that I had is gone and has been lost in the void of the Air Force workplace. They’ve been tactically acquired and will never be seen again. So, I needed a set of nice pens that would NOT be tactically acquired, would NOT end up on his uniform, and WOULD be there when I needed them. Enter these little beauties. I haven’t had them long, so I cannot speak to their longevity, but it’s been a couple of weeks now, and I cannot say how excited I am to have them. They work well, they actually make me slow down during my busy day and feel elegant as I write. Elegance is not an word typically associated with a stay at home mom of a toddler and an infant, so that’s a plus😂 These write beautifully, and feel good in your hand. They’re so pretty, and I know for a fact that unless my husband wants to be ridiculed right out of the service, he’s not stealing these 😂🤣 I’m a happy, happy gal.

This pen writes so smoothly, great material, love the colors and designs. The ink lasted longer than I would have thought but the extra ink that comes with it is great. No issues with smearing. Great for work.
