This stepper is AWESOME! It's quiet, compact and surprisingly lightweight compared to the Lateral Thigh Trainer with Brenda Dygraf. This machine costs so much less than why I paid for my previous stepper when it was 1st released. I actually like this one better! I have carpal tunnel and arthritis and it's pretty easy for me to maneuver without hurting myself. Your knees will probably be sore when you first start. Just do about 5-10 minutes every other day to start for the first week. I'm up to 20 minutes already and the motions are smooth and controlled, not jerky. For people with balance problems you can use a doorway, counter, chair, etc., until you get used to the side to side up and down motions. I have bad knees and I don't have a problem with this machine. Since I have arthritis in my knees as well as my hips I use it close to the kitchen at night when I have the oven on cooking dinner. The extra warmth really helps to relax the muscle and helps you sweat. So it's kinda like workout and a therapy session in one. Great deal, super fast shipping.

It has been made me reaching my exercise goals and I loved that it came fully assembled. I like the look and the dimensions. Highly recommended!

It’s nice for what it’s for but it’s not quite like they say it is. It squeaks a lot and I’m not sure what part it is but it’s only one side that squeaks a lot and it super annoying

I had a knee scope done in Dec. And I needed to work my knee back into motion.. It's a good Lil machine just for everyday excise

I was really excited to start my 2023 fitness journey with this stepper but let me break it down for you. PROS: Easy setup, no installation required, simple and straight forward CONS: Arm pulls weren't detachable, squeaked within a few days of use, LED counter was inaccurate and much slower than a watch or phone can track, and after 3 months of daily use it eventually met its demise. I wouldn't recommend this product at all. Skip it and opt for something that's more an investment - unless you want to one day almost meet your demise too. Be very careful. I saw a screw break off not too long ago and couldn't figure out where it was, then a few days later the suspension gave out.

I just got it out of the box and the part where the step counting device goes is broken. Unable to keep it in place with that piece broken. Was really excited about this machine too! Total bummer! I do not recommend. Cheaply made! NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Now to try and contact customer service.

I’ve used this stepper for 4 weeks now. It’s easy to use and it works. I follow various videos on you tube for Stepping classes to keep me motivated. I have lost weight and lost inches. It squeaks a bit but not really a problem. The step counter sometimes plays up a bit but again not really a problem. This will work if you are motivated and eat a healthier diet. I started at 20 minutes a day and now with some other exercises aswell, I can exercise for an hour a day and I am 57.

Brilliant little machine. I needed something small enough to have in the house, easy to use and not too expensive or time consuming. 1st time on it I struggled to use it for a minute now I’m doing 7mins easily most mornings. I know it does’t seem much but I couldn’t get up the stairs without huffing and puffing - I can feel the difference this small change has made. Plus I can use it and read my kindle at the same time. I, like other users, had issues with squeaking, but with a drop of 3-in-1 oil at the pivot point on the bar below the footpads (see where on my photo) fixed it. Also depending on your stance you can work different muscles, upright standing works the calves more, slightly squat works the thighs too.
