A great device for working in bad weather! I work as a cable installer, and when it rains, this umbrella is a lifesaver, protecting my devices from the rain and keeping my hands free, which is very convenient. I even used this umbrella when working on a ladder.

The children really love when I wear it! It does keep the sun away. Not very stable on your head. A slight breeze will blow it.

I wish the quality was more solid. Its pretty flimsy and looks like it'll break easily if you aren't careful. I like the size of the umbrella especially for someone like myself in a wheelchair. I wish it had a clear window so you can easily see through the umbrella as it does block your vision a bit. Overall it's a good sun hat but it does advise not for use on Windy weather. I have rain coming in my forecast for about a week so we'll see how it holds up.

Lol I got this as a gag gift for my boyfriend but actually, it’s pretty useful. It made him laugh as a gift and has earned its keep as being an enormous sun shade. Would be great for gardening or yard work if you don’t care what your neighbors think of you. I got it as a joke for kayaking but would be great for that too if there’s no wind.

This hands-free umbrella is awesome! It’s arrived quickly and well packaged. It is very well-made and very easy to use. I walk dogs during the day so this helps me a ton when it’s raining! It looks a little strange but hey it works great and I am all for it!

Just what you need for yard work or on the farm. Chickens loved it!!

It really works. Keeps sun off. Keeps rain off. Hands free. The written instructions were incomprehensible. But once you figure it out, a piece of cake to open and close.

This was waaaay too big. It does work well, a bit of trouble with securing it in place. It was for my mom to use going for walks but the size was a deterrent. If you are looking for something large then you should be happy.

I recently bought a Leica M11 camera that is not waterproof. This umbrella hat is absolutely perfect for me living on Vancouver Island. Allowing me to get out on most wet days providing there are not high winds. The over all size is perfect not too big or small and covers my gear. I wear a baseball cap first then attach the head strap and tighten the strap under the chin. No external pressure. Constructed better than I would have expected. Lite and folds up easy for travel.

This hat provides great sun coverage if wind doesn't exceed 25 km per hour wind gust or else it could fall off your head even with the under the chin strap-on. That was the reason for the 4 not 5 star rating but overall, cool hat to have for outdoors.
