No, the clock will not go out after a while.

Is there a way to make the buzzer loud? In testing, I can barely hear it. It'll never wake me up the way it is.

There is no way to adjust the buzzer loudness, the buzzer should be quite loud.

Is there a Headphone jack?

Sorry.. Not sure about headphone jack but the radio did not work for Am or FM. Could not get a pre set alarm to stop going off at midnight so I couldn't even use it as a clock alone so its in the garbage . I do not recommend . I bought a radio from a company name I was familiar with.

Is there a way to adjust the alarm radio volume? It seems to go to max even though radio volume is set lower.

I was disappointed with the volume adjustability on mine, too, and finally gave up on it.
