Would go to GNC or Vitamin World to look at men vs women side by side to compare properly. Pricing is determined by quantity of individual capsules and number per container + specific quantity and quality of materials used to manufacture (normally woman require DIFFERENT quantity of certain vitamins/minerals/specific supplement vs men (calcium is one item that comes to mind)

How do i order such that i receive products expiring 12/2018 and beyond? i live abroad, and only get shipments from the us every six months
