This stuff works. It works even better if taken daily. It doesn’t make me groggy, in fact sometimes I even sleep less hours but feel more refreshed. Tart cherries help you get into that deep, restorative sleep. I’m one of the few outliers who have an opposite reaction to magnesium, so that disrupts my sleep. Valerian root was good, until I learned that it causes mania (seriously!). Melatonin can cause dependence by lowering your brain’s natural production. Tart cherries have tryptophan, to naturally promote your brain’s own melatonin production. So this product works very well, with no known side effects. Some people claim grogginess, but not me.

I bought this product for my partner who is a professional athlete recovering from an Achilles Rupture. We recently watched a seminar from Ohio state that says their athletes take tart cherry. So I bought them for my boyfriend. He wears a whoop and after two weeks of taking this supplement his sleep and recovery scores are perfect or nearly perfect! He’s never had such great scores before. We were stunned when he got a 100% sleep and 97% recovery score especially after a hard training day. I am now considering starting these supplements for myself! He hasn’t changed any other part of his routine so this is the only plausible explanation for the sudden shift in his scores.

This is a reorder of this product. It is good. It was well priced and came the day after order. What more could you asked for??

Extracts like this take about 30 days to show results, but so far, so good. Seems to alleviate some of the muscle and bone pain.

I heard taking cherry pills would help with my inflammation. I was pleasantly surprised how well it works. My husband is now taking it. It's too soon to tell if it's working for him. I will repost when he's been on it longer. I told my sister about it and she said it helped her joints and an added benefit was it helps her sleep better.

Thankfull to get these stores stopped selling

I've taken tart cherry and capsule before, but at a much lower dosage. This one is giving me severe heartburn that even relates can't help lol. So if you have a history of Gerd or heartburn or anything like that, I would seek a lower dosage. The dosage that didn't affect me was 1500idh.
