If you align the battery contacts with contacts on charger it doesn't fit. But if you flip battery it locks correctly and charges. Let it sit overnight to charge and worked. So happy I can use my camera around water and not risk my phone. =) would buy again.Included two pics to show how battery will sit properly and charge. Guess easiest way to remember is brand name up.

i like this product.it was more then expected it came with 2 screen protectors 2 screen wipers and the charger on of the screen wipers said big mike so I guess complimentary but the charger was great I really love I would recommend it to any one with camera

I received the product on time as promised. I was a little leary at first from reading some prior reviews about the battery not fitting and falling out of the charger and how people would have to put tape just to hold it in. When I opened the box, I like the fact that it's pretty small not bulky. When I went to place the battery in, I was like yep they were right! It doesn't fit, it doesn't stay in. How does this charge with the battery just "resting" on the charger?. I almost gave up until I realized that just like those people who had the same problem, the battery was not in correctly. You have to make sure to push it in until you hear a click. I had no more problems after that. It charged my battery and I was happy. The rating should have been 4 1/2 stars only because I didn't like the screen protector that came with it. It was not the one pictured. I didnt care for it but my main concern was the charger. I would recommend this to anyone who has a fugifilm xp60 for thats the camera I have. Im sure it works for all the others as well.

We bought this charger, because the camera that we bought (FUgifilm) only charges the battery within the camera. we needed to charge several batteries to at hand. Works very good.

It fits on my I phone plug in so it's great.
