This is an amazing camera but it suddenly stopped working after a year of use. Used multiple cords and outlets but it still wasn’t getting power. Reached out to Lollipop’s Customer Service Team and they graciously will replace the camera even after the warranty expired. The camera alone was worth the cost but Lollipop’s customer service placed them in a top tier for me! If you’re considering this purchase, also get the module that monitors the room’s climate where your baby will sleep.

Many of my friends have made the mistake of getting one of those monitors that relies on another screen to see your baby. Which is clumsy and problematic (although, you don’t realize it before you have babies, having your monitor right there, always, is important). This bad boy is solely on your phone, reliably (and, if I may say so, gorgeously). We had our first in 2018, and I decided before she was born (after that total new mom research period) that Lollipop was the.way.to.go. And I was RIGHT! I’ve never loved a baby product more than we love our Lollipops. We now have two children, and this is a picture of our newest baby’s room. You can see that gorgeous camera at the upper right of the photo. I didn’t want to include a picture of our child, but, rest assured, it’s seriously the clearest vision possible when you pull up the app. It also alerts you about noise, movement, weather, air quality AND plays music and allows for you to talk to them when they’re older. We use these guys all day, every day. There is NOTHING to compare to this quality of care.

We have 2 of these monitors and have recommended it to so many friends! It’s easy to set up and use, works great, and you don’t have to carry around an extra monitor- just watch from your phone! My interaction with customer service has also been excellent! Highly recommend!

The extra sensor is great for air quality, humidity, etc. The alerts are nice but the app is unreliable. When it finally does connect the video is nice. The Alexa skill doesn’t work. When night vision is on the camera has a high pitch ring.

This camera is almost everything. If I could only deduct half a star I would have. Packaging great. Versatility great. Picture and sound quality are both great.. it's the 3-4 second delay that annoys me. I'll keep the camera because i do like the features!

Hated this product. Used a Oeufy baby monitor previously, which was much better. Wanted to try the lollipop as I thought the the app might be more convenient than having an additional monitor screen/ device to keep track of. This product was a bust from the start. For one, the camera doesn't rotate. The network connection was super finicky (randomly connection was unavailable 30% of the time), despite me having strong wifi throughout my home. App beeped at me annoyingly every single time I drove away from my house. Night vision randomly didn't work sometimes. No ability to record video. And then finally the thing just stopped turning on altogether. Came onto Amazon to request a return, and I see that I am 3 days past return deadline. Brilliant. This product is the worst.

We really like this for peace of mind since our boys sleep on a different level of the house. It always works, never cuts out. I can see my baby when I’m out running errands or on a date with my husband. It was very easy to set up!

We have 2 lollipop cameras, one for each of our kid’s rooms. We love them. They are perfect for what we need. Also wanted to take a second to say that their customer service is great too. They answer back quickly and it’s a real person, not a bot. They’re very friendly and willing to help. I would def recommend them to anyone.
