Absolutely love this spray skirt. Fits my Swifty 9.5 like a glove.

Used it on my first kayak trip with larger rapids. Didn't get any water in the kayak. I unzipped it when we were on calmer water because it can get quite toasty in there! But was easy to put the straps on and zip up when needed to. Was also super easy to place on the kayak. Would deff recommend.

Don’t like how it tightens around the kayak.

Unusable. I followed the Perception chart to buy the proper size for my Swifty 9.5. Zipped, it’s so tight, I needed someone (ACA Level IV Certified instructor) to help me and together we could just barely make it fit. Unzipped! Unzipped I still needed help getting it on properly. Managed to zip it up and it popped off the moment I made the slightest movement, because the cord was too tight/short to fit properly around the entire cockpit. I gave up trying and paddled with the skirt on but unzipped, makes it functionally useless.

Exactly what I needed. Perfect skirt to allow your Perception "recreational" kayak to navigate some rougher waters and rapids. Disregard the negative reviews. This product is what it says it is. It is NOT the same as those for technical, swift water kayaks. It will however let you experience more fun in your Perception kayak than is possible without it. A feature rich, well thought out design and a perfect fit!

Worked great. I have a Pelican 10.5 and it fit a little snug in the widest part but after 4 hours in the water it did a great job keeping 90% of the water (had to navigate 2’ swells the first 30 minutes). Definitely worth the money.
