INCREDIBLE PRODUCT.
I have been looking for a good controller that had triggers, and finally founded this amazing product. The design is ergonomic, you can use it for long periods of time without hurting. It has for rubber triggers that you can remap your game to use it with it, and it has the button triggers on the back, and it makes it really good to use with 6-fingers technique. It also has a cooling fan, that really works well, and it actually cool down my phone. All I can say is that it is a really good product, inexpensive, and with a really good quality and design. I would definitely recommend this to my fellow mobile gamers out there.

Excellent buy!
Edit #3: almost 2 years later and this thing is going strong! Highly recommend this. Edit: The bottom portion is my original review. This edit is a follow up on their excellent customer service. Since I've had this controller for almost 5 months, I've lost most of the rubber tips. I've tried super gluing the few extras I had left, but if you put to much glue, it messes with the sensitivity touch on the screen, so I was one short. Upon request, they sent me another whole set of tips. Email replies were prompt and courteous as well. Highly recommend this vendor. Excellent controller for your phone. I use a Note 10+ with a slim basic case and it fits great. Any csse bigger will not work. Fan comes in handy but only moderately cool the phone, but is none the less effective. The rubber bumpers on the triggers can come of easy so be aware of that. This does comes with extras in case you lose some. I'm going to contact the seller about more because I only have two left for spares. All in all, this is a good buy.

Cheap and flimsy, but gets the work done
All in all, good stuff considering the low price. Been using it for about a week playing Call of Duty Mobile. I can say my gameplay has improved. It's much easier to aim and shoot while moving and jumping, or run away from a fight when you need to. You will still need some practice to get the hang of this, don't get me wrong. I'm using a OnePlus 8T and it works great. Don't need to take the cover off (it's the basic cover you get with the phone). The phone fits snuggly and doesn't slide off. Putting the phone in and out is also pretty easy, as it's a matter of pulling one side of the controller, placing/removing the phone, and letting go. The handles are connected with a spring so they are always pulling against each other for a tight grip. Don't expect high quality here - I believe everything is made out of plastic. I'm used to a PS4 controller, so the triggers here feel very different, as they are just connected to the screen clickers with a spring. So they're very flimsy and wiggly to the touch, but I'm not getting any accidental taps as a result, and you get used to it. It's just an aesthetic-feely thing. Ergonomics-wise, this isn't very comfortable. This controller forces you to hold it in a somewhat unnatural position. When you're just holding the back triggers, it's fine, but when you add your thumbs touching the screen to the mix, you kind of have to keep putting an effort to hold your hands in a ready-to-shake-someone's-hand position (think holding a generic controller, and then turning your hands in an inward potion, toward the floor), instead of a more relaxed ready-to-receive-an-item-in-your-palm position. I think positioning the back triggers differently could have helped this. Either way, I don't feel strain or pain after a few hours of playing, it's just not comfortable. Can't comment on the fan as I've never used it. There's also a support bracket on the back that you can unfold to have the controller stand in various angles. I tried that once but again, this is just plastic so the stand is quite wobbly, and also I didn't find it comfortable while holding the screen/controller. I just hold the controller in my hands when I play.

Decent Controller
This review is based off of my experience with an iPhone 6 Plus. The product is quite cheap in quality, but it gets the job done with standard mobile holder. I don't use the triggers since I don't play fps games, but it's nice that you can flip the touch heads so you can lock the triggers. The controller has a nice smooth finish with no sharp edges. The fan sucks and it's a massive utter waste of space on the controller even when you fully charge it. The fan is silent, but it doesn't cool anything down due to very poor rpm. It's not exactly case friendly with heavy duty phone cases. I use an OtterBox Defender case and I cannot stretch the controller wide enough without breaking it. It MIGHT be more friendly with thin cheap silicon phone cases. The adjustable stand is extremely thin and can break easily if not handling with care. The arm that locks the stand in place is also poorly made. There will be multiple times where I have to place the arm lock back into one of the sockets to keep the stand up again after picking it up. Other than that, handling the stand with extreme caution and care will yield decent results with mobile display if you were to watch videos on your device. Trying to adjust the volume on the side of the phone is a pain due to the placements of the touch heads. It's not that big of an issue since I can just adjust the volume without using the buttons on the side of the phone. It's nice that there's a wide open slot where you can plug your charging cable through, but gripping can feel odd once you attach a cable to your phone through the open slot. Using more than one wire will make the grip NOT friendly (I'm only speculating since I can't personally test it). Overall, this product must be handled with care every use. Would I buy it again if it's broken? Only once more before I look around for possibly a better product. I'd say it's decent for a $20 product.
