Darkstalkers: Rise of the Night Warriors (Hardcover)

My first surprise was discovering that this book is actually a comic/graphic novel, not an art book. The size of the book made me question it at first, since manga or story-based books are usually much smaller — but this one is noticeably large and premium. The artwork is done by UDON, a company well-known for its high-quality illustrations and excellent book production. The art is extremely detailed, vibrant, and truly captures the spirit of Darkstalkers. What I loved the most is that the entire story is fully colored. This makes the reading experience visually immersive and much more enjoyable compared to standard black-and-white manga. Exelente .llego a tiempo es lo que esperaba gran trabajo de UDON y Capcom con Darkstalkers.

Big fan of the Darkstalkers series and I am glad I got the comic which expands the storyline beyond the games. Amazing artwork and compelling story go hand in hand perfectly. Such a great read when I have nothing else to do.

Arrived as advertised

As a big tan of Darkstalkers, I loved this.

It's a cool book, but whoever is shipping it really needs to put more padding when they ship it. My copy came with some small scuffs on the front cover and the bottom of its spine is dented

Huge fan of Darkstalkers since it debuted on PSX when I was like 12. Have Morrigan everywhere in my house, even as a mannequin. This author didn't know the source material very well. Changed Morrigan's origin slightly and personality drastically. Jedah Dohma's last name is missing the H. Several characters are only glanced over such as Rikuo who only appears in a single frame just to name one. Meanwhile, other characters have huge backstories. I don't even recall seeing Zabel aka Lord Raptor in a single panel outside of the spoof chibi comics at the end.

O livro e incrível gostei bastante

As usual it came with one of the book corners damaged. They should really put something to protect books better during shipping. Anyway this is a 10/10 read for anyone who knows about darkstalkers. Very good art and captivating story.

Muy buena calidad en el libro. Por eso y por las ilustraciones ya vale la pena. De todas formas la historia es bastante interesante si te gustan ese tipo de juegos. No es la panacea de los cómics pero sí es una buena lectura para pasar el rato. El arte extra que trae es bastante bueno. Así que no duden en adquirir este libro si son fans de la franquicia.
