This backpack is awesome my son loves it and the fact that it has room for all his school supplies and more worth the money and the quality is great

My 11 year old wanted this for his birthday. I was a little hesitant about buying it. I was assuming it was going to be cheaply made and small. To my surprise it's a great quality vibrant colors and has a ton of room. My son's lap top, text book, 5 subject note book , and lunch box all fit in the back pack with room. The side pockets are deep and can hold a large Gatorade squeeze bottle with a no problem. There is a pocket in the front he puts his glasses with case abd other boys like . There are other pockets as well. So far he has not used the USB port so no comment on that.

The backpack looks great, exactly what my son wanted but after 3-4 weeks some of the stitching came loose around the front pockets, pull tabs for the zippers have fallen off with repeated use. I think if you were using it every now and then for smaller items it would be okay but not for school.
