Triton Pozi Screwdriver Impact Bit 3pk PZ2 50mm (740013)

Bought these as a companion for pozi countersunk green screws to put up 21 six foot fence boards vertically. They gave me such a good grip that I was able to dispense with pre drilling for the screws. Between them they put in about 150 screws without slipping once. The boards were soft wood but going into hardwood lathes. No sign of wear on the bit but cannot say how long it will last, though pretty confident it will be a while before I need to use one of the two spares. Highly recommended for quality at a great price.

I was a bit wary as some of the other reviews mentioned shearing of the head. I can only venture this must be a result of poor technique, if you try and apply full power once the carriage bolt or whatever has been screwed home of course that energy has to go somewhere. I used slow speed for the final 1/2 inch to make sure I didn't overtighten, and let your hands and the drill rotate anticlockwise in the very last second to take off even more of that last force so you're not stressing the bit. I went through maybe 50 joins in an afternoon and the bit was in fine condition afterwards, with very little wear on the blacking. Good job, Triton.

As far as I can see there are now identification markings on the actual bits. So if I take it off and put it in my bit box I won't be able to tell what is at a later date.

Strong well made quality at a bargin cost, ive had these a few months now but only fair to test properly before posting my review, ive used these on a regular basis on screwdrivers, ratchets and also in my impact gun and very happy with them, they stand up to abuse and are still working well so no complaints.

These bits fit snugly in the screws and are pretty durable, being made from S2 steel which has the best balance of properties for this job. These are torsion bits, which means they can bend rotationally so you get less cam-out and the tips last longer. It also means they can snap if you push them into material that's too hard; pre-drilling would be wise in that case.

Great value for money for a great product. It helps getting to those T20 screws that are set a bit deeper and with normal screwdriver bits they are too short to get to the screw head and the screwdriver sleeve is even bigger so no chance These beauties sort out the problem, turning a "Doh" into a "YEEEEYYYY"

Second set purchased .. these are a must as some manufacturers of various items from blinds to cheaper furniture will use square heads and not to many square heads come in tool kits etc ..

Great size - needed to do a load of cladding which required driving in small screws. Used my impact driver for speed and this bit was excellent. Seemed hard to find PZ1 sizes for impact driver at 50mm in length but these hit the nail on the head!

Je pensais acheter du Square #2 (abrégé S2 sur tous les embouts...) mais ces embouts ne sont pas du tout S2. Ils ne sont donc pas compatible KREG. Ce sont des S3. C'est indiqué uniquement dans le descriptif technique (3 x Square Impact Screwdriver Bits 50mm #3) et la notion d'acier S2 fait référence à l'alliage et non à la forme de l'embout. Cela induit fortement en erreur... Amazon a pris en charge le SAV sans problème. Le produit en lui même est de très bonne qualité. Je ne pénalise pas car c'est bien écrit (en tout petit), même si je le mettrais plutôt sur le descriptif du haut de page... Donc attention si vous cherchez du S2 (#2), la bonne référence est : TPTA51808199 !

Finalmente delle punte che fanno il loro dovere!, che avvitano senza rovinare la testa della vite ! Per chi come me usa l’avvitatore per hobby sono ottime!
