I've been using these zinc tablets about 1 year and I have had no problem taking them. They are easy to swallow and as far as having a cold, I have not had a cold in about a year. I highly recommend these zinc pills.

Canning Tool
Used to put in my canned green beans to keep them green during the canning process. If you want to know how to do this, please watch "Homesteading with the Zimmermans". This makes my canned green bean stay bright green. I just love it.
