Omega Nutrition Virgin Coconut Oil in Capsules, 150-count

I'd heard about the benefits of cocunt oil for some time now and just never followed through, but I'm glad I finally did! This supplement,seems to be able to keep me feeling rater good about myself ~ my hair seems shinier (if that's possible) and my skin seems to glow.

Very easy to use when traveling instead of trying to take the solid coconut oil in a cooler. Since I need it on a daily basis this is the easiest remedy for times when a cooler or fridge isn't available. I'm not sure it has exactly the same effect as the virgin coconut oil I get and eat from Mercola btu it's close enough in situations where I can't take the other. Very convenient.

According to the write-up "the carob-coated capsules are easily-chewable". That is NOT true. They are extremely hard and likely to break your teeth should you try to chew on them. I tried two then threw out the bottle. I don't recommend them.

I purchased them for a friend of mine for the holidays. She is in her early 50s and take a pill a day. They give her energy and makes her feel active. I liked what I paid for them and the fast shipping - I got them like in 2 days. I was very happy!
