Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have been using this for at least 6 months now. Works great.

I normally have taken Enzymedica's Digest Basic and this compares well with that but has a bit more lactase -- which I need often. Since it's often out of stock with Mary Ruth, this has proven the better avenue to find it but I keep the other brand as backup. I like many Mary Ruth products for their high quality. I am a gastric cancer survivor so I must take enzymes at every meal and snack. (Too high a dose can be problematic, so this seems just right to help breakdown fats, protein, carbs and help with digestion and nutrition.)

I’ve only taken a couple of times but I have already noticed a difference! After having my gallbladder removed last year I’ve been struggling with bloating, malabsorption, and bathroom issues not even 30 minutes after eating something my belly doesn’t like. This weekend I put it to the test and ate things my belly HATES and I had NO issues. Try it!!!

Since I have only been using the product for a week, I can't testify to the long term effect. However, this week has been different. I have been able to button my jeans for the first time in a year. Now I'm not saying I lost weight but the size of my "belly" is down enough to allow me to button my jeans. Why? I think it is the lack of blotting. I have noticed the lack of gas from eating broccoli, beans and cabbage...which I eat every week. I have also noticed that about an hour after taking it in the morning I am able to empty my bowels...easily. That is by far the best result from taking this new product and that alone ...if it continues...will be the reason for me repurchase of this product.

My gallbladder was removed nearly 10 years ago and suffered from bile dumping that worsened with time. After 2 days I was regulated without pain and able to eat foods I haven’t in years because even gentle food hurt. I take this before coffee in the AM and then again before dinner. Taking it every time I ate was overkill. It’s been a month and I feel a lot better about being able to go out to eat or eat at friends places. No more horrible stomachs cramps the moment I eat.

Was SO extremely excited to try these- now first off they are working amazingly, love the product. BUT my issue is that you can not return/or get a replacement - and mine came and are expiring this month. 2 weeks to use a 2 month supply is NOT OKAY. Don't know now if I will order them online ever again. So disappointed with that.

I needed something to help with digestion of things like beans or cabbage. This totally fits the bill. If I eat something that affects me negatively, I take 1 or 2 of these capsules and I have no issues whatsoever! Great value too!
