The tea bags are individually packaged, making them convenient to use. It's easy to prepare and has become a staple in my pantry. Great quality and value for the money. Review: GLP USERS! This works, much to my surprise. - I didn't have much faith this would for me. I have had trouble with constipation my entire life, I will be 61 in three months. I've never developed a habit to hydrate, drink more water etc. My problem is mostly because I never, ever hydrate (I cannot stand water.) This decades long problem and on top of that now the GLP injections were making the problem exponentially WORSE. Besides Soursop Bitter liquid, this is extremely effective. It worked in about 7-8 hours, I woke up at 3am and had to go #2. Yaayyy!!!!!! I cannot travel with the liquid bitters, so I was searching for an alternative to take with me on flights overseas. Just remember is absolutely DOES work, but once you use it a few times, and figure out how long it takes to work on you, then you should be able to plan your poops :) I drank it way too early, around 7pm, and was disrupted at 3am to go. I will now take it much later in the evening so I can go the next day at a later time. But I'm thrilled to have a travel item that works :) ## Features - DETOX & DIGESTION TEA: Uncle Lee’s Green Brand Diet Tea blends Chinese Mallow and Senna, two potent herbs known for detoxifying, relieving occasional constipation, and promoting overall digestive wellness. - TIME-TESTED FORMULA: Based on centuries-old Chinese wisdom, this herbal tea is a trusted choice for those looking to support a healthy lifestyle and digestive function. - EASY TO PREPARE: Enjoy hot or cold!
