You only have to use a small amount, and you get the flavor, but can minimize the heat by using only a little bit. If you are like me, and love the flavor AND the heat, add more. But then you have to buy it more frequently. But for those whose mouths are more sensitive, simply use less, get the flavor, and lower the heat. There is no other salsa in the world that tastes like this. The other salsas from SilverLeaf taste completely different. They are good, but are not EXTRAORDINARY like their Ghost Pepper Salsa.
