UPDATE: This stuff works and is worth every penny. Tested and true.
Update near end of 2020. I started adding this about 8 months ago. I started with 4 bottles and have added 1 every other month since then. Honestly I was getting bids to replace our leach line and it was over $10,000 to tear up our yard and fix this. I love this stuff. I’d like to tell you how I’ve used it: I have quick access to our septic tank lid. I lift the lid off and pour this product on the output side of the septic tank. The lid of the septic tank is 20 feet below the surface of the ground. When I started using this the water would raise up this access pipe about 8 feet. It was awful. My septic had failed and was constantly putting water backwards up the pipes and spewing it out from the drain in my basement. This is not the kind of water you want flooding your basements! So after a few months the water level in the access pipe started to drop and now the water stays below the baffles that are built into a septic tank - the way its supposed to be - so solids don’t head out into the leach line. I feel it is worth it to add a bottle every other month continuing forward. I just told our city engineer all about this product so he could share with citizens of our community. To me this is a magical potion that I appreciate finding. Thank you Roebic! Kynaston’s We have added several bottles of this magic potion and it has greatly helped solve our backed up sewer system. Our septic tank is 20 feet below the ground. The top of the tank is below the level of our basement - of course. We started having serious problems with our leech lines not being able to handle the volume of water to the tank. I added these bottles thru the septic access hole. I poured each bottle on the edge of the hole where leading to the leach lines. After two treatments our tank level lowered by 7-8 feet - as I could see down the access hole. This product is eating away at whatever is plugging the leach lines and BOY! am I grateful. We may be able to avoid spending thousands and thousands of dollars tearing up our pond, drive way, lawn, etc to add a new leech line. Thank you for producing such a great product. We will continue using it in the future.

Works better than expected.
The swamp in my yard is completely gone, it’s bone dry. This product did the trick in 3 months. I no longer have to worry about losing one of my grandkids while playing in my back yard.

Does what it says...but not miraculous.
My 32yr old drainfield flooded (6" of rain) and backed-up our drainfield and septic tank. I need to also mention (with great regret) our deep freezer failed a few days beforehand and I flushed ALOT of thawed beef & chicken broth - GREASE into our septic. It's taken weeks of treatment (8 bottles in 6wks), and at present, our drainfield is functioning at 60-75% of normal of usage (8 people). I've read that septic treatment optimizes around 2-3 months, so it'll be worth the wait to avoid a $500 diagnostic, hundreds more for a "possible fix"...let alone a $10K new drainfield! For the record, we rarely use bleach or anti-bacterial sanitisers or anything simular that would further delay or stunt the needed bacterial for waste breakdown. Although I'm still in process and in hope of a success story, here's what I've done to-date: I initially had the tank emptied since the level was 2' higher than the drain pipe and coming up through my basement drain pipe! Two days after emptied, I poured 2 bottles of K-570 directly into drainfield pipe (pre distro box) and two days after that with the tank still low, I ran some water directly into the pipe and saw white smoke (methane) billow out (good sign). When the tank finally filled after 10 days of normal usage, the drainfield was still extremely slow, so I poured another bottle into the tank and one more into the vertical pipe that leads to the drainfield pipe. We slooowly started using the system again (try that with 6 kids lol) and after a couple weeks added 2 more bottles and again 2 weeks after that. Currently, the drainfield can now handle everything minus the clothes washer water (18-24ga/day on Avg) and baths (conservative showers only). That's with High Efficiency appliances and faucet/shower heads. Nevertheless, it appears with a combination of little to no rain + treatment, the system is beginning to recover. Since I'm only halfway into 3mon, I'm gonna wait another few weeks to see if there's any further progress. Hope that helps someone else out there!

After being told we might have to have a new leach field costing thousands thought we’d try a more simple (and cheaper) option first. After only a few days it was working so much better. Will definitely use this as part of regular maintenance.

I was having serious issues with a sluggish drain field and slow-draining pipes, and I was terrified I'd need an expensive repair. I decided to try this Roebic K-570 treatment first, and I am so glad I did. It’s incredibly easy to use—just pour it in and let it do its thing. Within a short time, I noticed a huge improvement in drainage. It cleared up the clogs and got everything flowing smoothly again. I love that it's biodegradable and environmentally friendly, too. This bottle saved me thousands of dollars in potential repairs. 5 stars, highly recommended for anyone with a septic system!
