This is an awesome dirtbike for the price! It's so much fun and works great for littler kids. It goes about 20 mph and it works great on our dirtbike path which is up and downhill. The battery last pretty well but best to charge at night. It's so awesome to see the kids zipping around the trail and having the best time ever. It feels really safe and that was a big factor for us in deciding between the gas and electric dirtbikes. I highly recommend this!

Bought this a year ago for my 5 year old for a Christmas present. 1 year later he still uses this EVERYDAY! Set up was easy. He’s now about 4 foot tall and 60lbs and still enjoys it just as much as the first day! Great product. NO SUSPENSION WHAT SO EVER! Never the less my son tries to jump curbs with it. The speed setting is honestly perfect as we live inside city limits and it can’t get away from him! Perfect “first dirtbike” experience!

Great Product! My son is 7 and there is a missing market for this age group. Power wheels are slow and boring and for them and bog down with more weight. This is fast enough that its exciting but not so fast that he gets seriously hurt. (We've already taken a few spills) I will say that it is quite heavy and the one time he was unable to lift the bike up off his leg so parental supervision is required. I think it's very small for the age group it recommends. My 12 year old tried it and while enjoyed it as well looked like a giant sitting on it. I was more worried about her being top heavy and falling than my son. With the weight limit I took a ride and I've got to say it I was impressed that it didnt seem to bog down even with me on it. This bike is super easy to assemble. And feels very sturdy and of great quality. The tires are rubber air tires unlike cheap plastic tires and seamless goes over different terrains. However, it does take the full 12 hours to charge the first time and I feel it took almost as long to charge each time after that. My son rides for about 10 to 20 minutes at a time, many times throughout the day and I feel the buttery does last almost all day this way. Overall, this is totally worth the money for many hours of enjoyment and the happiest kid in the world.

All in all this is a great little bike. I love the look, features, ease of assembly, battery life etc. The thing I had the hardest time deciding was which model to get, meaning what size. The 350/400 is SMALL. There is no way in the world a 13 or 14 year old would be happy with this bike as the manufacturer specs say. Do not let that age spec influence you at all when deciding which one to get. This bike would fit a 7 yr old MAX and more realistically this is PERFECT for a 4-6 year old. I could see not wanting a 4yr old going 15mph but with a little practice this is the way to go for that age. Also its about 60lbs but remember all the rider has to do is tilt it up vertical, not lift the whole bike. I bought the 350/400 (350 and 400 are the same size, not sure why they have 2 numbers for same bike) for my 8 year old and it was way too small. He liked it but as soon as he saw it he thought it was small, after an hour of riding asked if he could get a bigger one. I ended up returning it and getting the MX500 which is perfect for my just turned 8 year old. I can see him riding this for a least a couple years . Its about 100 lbs but no issue at all for him to stand up. I also considered going another size up to the 650 but I think that would have been too big. Hopefully this helps. I also added some LED rechargeable lights to the front and back as it doesn't come with any type of lights. All is all a great series bike for all experience of riders, just pick the right one.

An excellent first dirtbike. Get this one. Pretty much any kid can hop on this and have a good time. I reccomend it for the five or six year old to nine or so age group. The box says like 12 or 14, but thats just a big responsible company covering their arses. Its a great learner, because its just twist and go. All hand brakes, no foot controls, which is good when learning because your feet arent always on the pegs. It's a proportional bike for kids so its not awkward or clumsy it fits them right. Dont get any smaller razor dbike, they dont have suspension. This one is very much like a real bike, suspension, handling, disc brakes, etc. Electric, but power ramps up so you cant do a wheelie. Because its electric, it is a little heavy, but that keeps them from getting too much air as well. Hundreds of hours of fun, and zero injuries. If you crash in the grass, you weren't going real fast, and are pretty close to the ground, so it dont hurt much. Rated up to like 175 pounds (again i recommend it for the 45-90 pound kid range) but ive hopped on it (210#) to put it away, and theres no problems. Batterys are standard lead-acid closed cell, so they are safe and reliable. The charge only lasts a half hour or so which is the only downside really.

I bought this item for my son for Christmas. He used it for about two weeks before it it died the first time. I contacted Razor customer support sent me instructions how to take the motor cover off and troubleshoot the throttle controller and break kill switches. This solve the first problem. About a week later the bike died again. I tried the same trouble shooting techniques again. This time the bike remained in a non-working condition. I contacted Razor customer support again and this time they noticed that my bike was built 2017 and the batteries needed to be replaced. They sent me the batteries along with instructions on how to replace them. When the batteries arrived I disconnected the battery line, charged the new batteries and connected them to the bike. The bike was still not reacting to any action. I say I connected them, but I did not install them as the Alan bolts used to secure the batteries to the frame are extremely difficult to get to and I could not remove them with the tools I had at my disposal. I connected them to see if the bike worked but could not install them. I contacted Razor customer support for a third time. This time they offered to send me a new throttle controller and kill switches. I was thinking that I bought a new bike, not a rebuild project, and asked for other options. Razor referred me to the one and only authorized repair center in Phoenix, which is about 45 miles from my house. I took the bike to this location along with the new batteries that Razor had sent me. Shop told me that the repair would take a week, maybe two if they needed to order parts. I got the bike back three and half weeks later and all appeared to be working as expected. About a week later after my son had ridden the bike enough to drain the battery we noticed that the bike was not charging. The power supply would stay in the red, 'charging' mode, and the bike power indicator would read 'full'. Problem is that as soon as he would hit the throttle the bike go to 'Low' and the bike would not move. This brings me to the fourth and final interaction with Razor Tech Support. They tell me I can again try to repair the bike myself or take it back across town to the sole repair operation in Phoenix. This bike has less than one hour of ride time on it and 4 hours of my time trying to figure out what is wrong with it and over three weeks in a repair shop. The response from Razor of you can take it to get it repaired again or buy a new one if your son still wants it is simply unacceptable. Razor customer service has been quick to respond to my many requests, for that I am thankful. That being said it is obvious that they produced a dud of a unit and I would hope they would have more respect for their customers and their customers time. Needless to say I will not be buying another item for Razor and advise you to beware of what you might if you purchase a powered Razor device...

My Grandson loves this little bike. Just the right speed for a 9 year old. Great quality.
