Fotofalls – Desktop Photo Holder and Picture Stand with Plated Wire and Metal Clips, Nickel

These were perfect centerpieces for a life-cycle social event with family and friends. I put pictures of the guest of honor from various ages of their life. Guests loved looking at the pics, (I had different ones at each table). It became a wonderful conversation piece to talk about happy memories. These especially work well as centerpieces because they are just the right height for the average adult to see over them. They easily fit 14-18 pictures depending on how they can overlap and if you're able to alternate landscape and portrait-oriented pics. You could also add a pretty card at the base to put a table number. I'm not artistic by nature nor am I one who is great at planning ahead. Using my same-day photo place plus same-day delivery on these, I put together fantastic centerpieces in one day. Because I was under a time crunch, I ordered two extra, just in case there was any problem. There were no problems. I highly recommend. There are three very minor things to know (1) It would be great if they rotated. No biggie, though. (2) Save the packaging! Once you've assembled them, it's close to impossible to fold back up. If I'd saved the packaging, I would have been able to do so, and (3) the pic on this page makes the finish look like a gold color, but they're actually a classy silver/chrome color. PS: I paid full prince and received nothing for this review.

This is the coolest way to display photos; however, I use it to hold all my "things to do" notes, appointment cards, business cards. It is well worth the price as it's attractive, doesn't require much space, functional and the clips hold items firmly in place without each item getting tangled up with the others. It's such a smart product. What's really neat is that this holder is sturdy and strong enough that it doesn't tip or topple over! I'm buying two for my special neighbor who was so jealous and impressed by mine that I had to treat her to a gift to hold her photos and the other for her post-it reminder notes. This is a perfect gift for those who have everything as it's unique and looks expensive.

Perfect! Easy to assemble (screw the pole to the base and the photo holder to the pole) and sturdy. Looks great! Can't wait to use it year-round, as it's something you could use for photos, Christmas cards, birthday cards, or a special decoration for no reason at all! Every piece of this came carefully wrapped, so nothing was tangled or scratched.

I really hate picture boards, so I purchased these as centerpieces for my son's open house. It's a great idea, instead of everyone standing and looking at a poster board of pictures, people mingle through the room, looking at the different pictures on each table. I got a ton of compliments! They're a bit pricey, but I'm saving them to use for my younger son's open house as well as my two nieces. They're very sturdy and I'm pretty sure they'll hold up for the next decade. The base is heavy and they do not tip over, even with 18 photos on the limbs. Five stars!

I bought this to decorate my office a little and put some photos up. I like it but I don't love it. I guess I was hoping that the umbrella would be more spread out so that some photos would hang lower than the others. But they over lap so much that really you can't see most of the photos on the bottom. I've tried my hardest to arrange the wires as best I can to show off all the photos but it just doesn't happen. Even though it can hold a lot of photos, holding photos and viewing them are different. It's a cute concept though which I've gotten a lot of compliments about, and I loaded mine up with Polaroid pics I had done online which I think helped give it a little something extra. Also when you get it don't be alarmed if at first it seems like all the photos are over lapping on two sides. It really only is the bottom and the top photos that overlap, not all of them. It takes a while after you take the packing off for all the wires to spread out and remain spread out so that it really is an umbrella. When I first got it I was a little upset as I kept trying to pose the umbrella and everything kept bunching back up. After leaving it alone for a few a days it spread out on it's own. If you're getting this because you want to be able to easily see each of your photos displayed than this isn't for you. This is more for someone that doesn't mind flipping through them a little bit due to the overlapping of some of the photos on the umbrella.

I ordered the Umbra Footfalls photo holder for a relative who was in the hospital for an extended stay. I gave it to him with a package of favorite family pictures and he has it displayed next to his hospital bed. It worked out perfectly for a hospital room because of the small amount of room on the bedside table. This is a great gift for a patient who can't have plants or food in their room. Many people have commented on it and asked where they can get one. It will be equally useful at home when he is released. Quality is good and it's very stable.

This item was dead on perfect for a breast cancer fundraiser raffle item. We purchased and placd multi nominal scratch tickets totaling $150 & strategically placed on the clips. This was a hit at the fundraiser. Clips are strong and nothing fell off. Also great for displaying your photos, christmas cards etc. Heavy base sp this did not tip over at all.

This was exactly what I was looking for to post some of my pictures in my house. I usually have all my pictures stored on my computer and recently have printed select ones that I want to "show off". Because I hate clutter and having to spend money on a ton of frames, I slowed down.. I knew I wanted something that I could easily change/modify/add/delete easily. I "googled" picture holder and this link came up. I am very happy with it and the price was spot on!
