This chair offers good lumbar support and a well-padded seat. It has a very nice and smooth rocking motion, you can loosen the tight/loose knob for reclining, and it is very comfortable to sit in while working on the computer or relaxing to watch TV. The back of the chair hits just above my neck, so the back of my head rests comfortably on the top of the chair. The color, brown, is exactly what I expected and looks professional. The height adjustment works well, it sits higher than my old chair, and I like that. It seems sturdy for the 300-pound weight recommended. I got it on Prime Day, so it was a good value for the money. It came packed well and quicker than expected. The pictures are a comparison to my 20-year-old office chair. Assembling the chair was easy, however, be sure to attach the bottom part of the chair with the tight/loose knob facing the front of the chair. It's not clearly marked on the instructions. When it came time to put the back of the chair on it would be good to have another person to hold the chair back for you to align the chair arm holes and screw in, then you should be OK but I did discover that if I had attached the arms to the back of the chair first, it would be so much easier to align them for attachment. The wheels glide very easily and will take you across the room after one push. It swivels at 360 degrees easily, almost making me dizzy. I am writing this review the same day I got the chair so I will update if I run into any issues. Otherwise, I recommend this chair.

I purchased this chair for my workshop desk. It is extremely comfortable and looks nice and professional. Because of the material it is made of it is very easy to wipe off and keep clean which is a must for the application I am using it in. Was very easy to assemble, and feels like it will last a good long time.

Well-made, comfortable chair. Cushioning appears to be adequate. Good-looking chair. I like the padded arms & ability to easily adjust the chair's tilt. Had difficulty attaching the back of the chair & side arms. Needed two people to get arm holes lined up to the seat & back. Found loosely attaching the arms to the seat & back while a second person holds & aligns the back to the arm holes helped get the chair put together. Instructions should include a simple way how to assemble the arms & back.

This office chair has been a great upgrade. It’s very comfortable and provides good back support, even during long workdays. The cushioning is firm but comfortable, and the adjustable height works smoothly. Assembly was easy and it feels sturdy. Great value for the price.

In my opinion, built-in lumbar is overrated—this chair supports me perfectly as is (and you can always buy a separate pillow if you really need it). Durability: I’ve been using this heavily for 4 months, and the material looks brand new. There is no cracking or peeling anywhere. Value: My roommates were actually surprised at how comfortable this chair is given the low price point. It feels much more expensive than it is. If you are a remote worker with limited space and back pain, this is hands down the best chair you can get for the money. Highly recommended.
