Probable vause is the silicone o-rings are either bad or adhered to the syringe. Try backing it all the way out and see if that will straighten things out. I bought 2 of these and the both work great. We injected 300# of beef without issue, but our injection liquid was pretty thin.

How many ounces does it hold

Siphons from a separate container so it holds as many ounces as the size of your container so you can continuously inject with each squeeze

What about replacement needles? I want to get a couple extra before ordering.

Get another injector. This one isn't worth spending more money on. Eventually they fail. They lose suction.

I do a lot of smoking as a hobby. Injecting using the old method of filling a syringe are history! It felt very sturdy in my hand. Zero leakage! It can be used for just about any kind of liquid but the holes in the needle would get plugged up easily. It is very easy to clean compared to the old syringes with a little soapy hot water, it cleans up in a jiffy! For the price, I’d gladly pay twice just because it does such a rock solid job injecting all my meats!
