It's good for cardiovascular issues and has helped me tremendously in my health issues I've been using this brand for years.

I have no problems taking the pills

I like that these come in a dark colored glass bottle. Seems like a quality product, but I have no way of knowing if they’re actually helping me.

I have long purchased the premium Designs for Health formulas. I just purchased this larger and considerably more expensive dose of CoQ10, and the first ingredient is Bovine Gelatin, not MCT as this listing suggests. And it came in a plastic bottle, not glass, and says Micro-Emulsified CoQ10.

The Designs for Health Q-Evail 200 arrived with the bottle’s bottom broken. When I checked for a replacement, it is stated as not eligible! This bottle costs $116.49! I am furious!

Have been using it for years!

Helps me with muscle weakness and fatigue. Gives me a bit of energy. I recommend taking it before noon.
