She tells me in addition to losing hair her scalp is inflamed and painful. I got this for her because it's made by someone who went through this. My friend tells me her scalp isn't so inflamed and painful after using this product. Fighting cancer is tough but so is enduring the treatment. I recommend Alra Mild Conditioning Shampoo because it helps with my friends recovery. She's also opted for some pretty and soft silk scarfs to protect her scalp. (Also available on Amazon.)
