Item is a superior size bar to that available in retail outlets and being larger is much better value. Quality of bars is unchanged from that known and expected from Tunnocks and continues to be superior to anything offered by competitors.

I’d ordered the larger 37gram wafers but received a box of the standard 30gram wafers. Although a little disappointed I thought it’s still a box of Carmel Wafers just accept it. I thought that the box was a little damp but put that down to my imagination also most of the writing on the box was foreign so obviously not for the UK market. Anyway, not put off I decided to have a biscuit and discovered that they were very stale and almost tasteless. In my life I’ve eaten more Tunnock’s Carmel Wafers than I’m prepared to admit to and I knew instantly that something was not right. I decided to return the wafers but soon found out that they’re not eligible for return...! I’ve learned my lesson the hard way, I won’t be ordering again.
