Very sturdy and high build quality considering the cheap price. I am 98 KG and it had no problem supporting me and my brother who was 70kg the bench had no issue with him to and we use alot of weights on the bench. Pros: Nice colors the black suit's the silver racks very nicely Very sturdy Adjustable Not to small Not to big Comfy for the price Does not slide on the correct flooring Easy to assemble Easy to store away Cons: The racks could have been very slightly wider apart for a smaller bar. Does work with a 5"5 bar but 6 plus is ideal. Overall value for the money is a 9/10 very happy :D

I like how easy it was to assemble, it offers a versatile array of work out options, it's size and foldable nature means it won't take up much room. It's comfortable to use, feels sturdy and works exactly as a weight bench should. I've not had it long and I have already noticed a significant increase in muscle mass and tone.

At under 80 quid you will push yourself to get better value for a bench to match this one. Easy enough to assemble but as mentioned before a ratchet spanner of your own will help massively especially if you are on your own. For a collapsible bench it is surprisingly sturdy with a decent weight to it so it doesn't wobble around like a really cheap one would, you get a little movement of course but nothing to worry about. The safety pins on the stands are a good touch as you can safely change the plates without taking the bar off, always a plus. Some have said the stands are too close together but pretty much all of the fold away benches are the same so just widen your grip a hand width, you get used to it after a short while. Nice and easy to change the bench position and tucks away nice and upright when workout done so all in all a very good purchase especially if your are tight on training space.

i bought this bench as im new to lifting weights skinny lad that i am it took around an hour to setup the build quality is perfect easy adjustment if needed i like to bench press and do sittups on the bench itself and do stretches from it so the workout purpose is fullfilled for me and also the design if it makes it sturdy and also safe especially when there are young ones about give you the ability to lock the weights into place so all round great design i highly rate this for any home gym perfect piece of equipment

Took me 35 minutes to build. Look no further, perfect for beginners or if you’re just getting started. Make sure your house floor is levelled because some reviews make me laugh. The reason for buying is because I can’t access gyms due to ACL SURGERY. Very stable, ignore some reviews because it’s solid for the price. It’s easy to use & in terms of adjustment it’s suitable for anyone. I would highly recommend.

OK so Ive been using Gyms for 15yrs+, and since lockdown I needed a home bench. I settled on this one for cost, and availability. Overall, if you want a basic home bench to get started with weights, or maintain where you at then this is a good bench. If you are already lifting heavy and really want to push yourself, then this aint the bench for you. Im 6.2', 90kgs, and benching 70-100kgs and its all fits / works fine - the hand grip position is the main issue as covered below. Pros' - very easy to build, took about 30 mins. - Sturdy, it doesn't wobble or shake when in use like other home benches I've used. - Dip handles are a nice addition - folds away easy to save space - Quick delivery - was about 10days faster than stated on Amazon. Cons - The support bars for holding the barbell, are in the exact place you want to hold the bar, meaning that you have to adjust your grip once you have lifted the bar. This is not great, and prevents you from going to your max weight. - One of the support bars was damaged - the metal is bent, its only cosmetic, but looks like a factory defect and is a little annoying. - Overpriced - though not as much as most. With covid 19 all gym equipment costs a bomb now, I have seen similar benches to this online for £150 - £300. Really I would say that this is worth £40-£50 but given the circs, I was happy to pay £80. - The 'incline' mode is a little poor. Rather than the end of the bench where you head is being raised, you just drop the end of the bench where you but is, meaning you end up half on the floor. Not ideal, however until the gyms reopen it will do for now. Ultimately it is an average HOME gym bench, that I don't regret buying. However if you are expecting the kind of bench that you use in the gym, this is not it. Dont expect to be lifting more that 100kgs on this... however if you are new to weight lifting then this is a great starting bench.

The folding functionality is great and the bench is very sturdy, sturdier than I expected! The dip handles are a nice touch and add an extra functionality for you to use. Then bench is sleek and looks great and also has its multiple uses and angles to used at. My only complaint is the narrowness of the rack, it’s right where you’d want to hold the barbell which means that you either have to adopt a wider or narrower grip than normal - not a deal breaker as there’s ways to work around it but can be annoying at times. Used the bench with 70kg on the bar and I weight 75 myself and didn’t notice any wobbling or creaking!

Just got my package today (2/09/2021). As most people I was excited to build a small home gym. After I mounted everything I checked the sturdiness and noticed it was wobbly. Weird I thought, started inspecting it and noticed the right leg defective. This is even before I used it. Now I have to dismount everything and sent it back. Save your money and respect your time, don't buy this.

Alle Teile waren vorhanden, inklusive der benötigten Werkzeuge. Auf den ersten Blick ist alles ordentlich verarbeitet und die Hantelbank war innerhalb 30 Minuten zusammengebaut. Im Vergleich zu meiner vorherigen Hantelbank ist sie kompakter und benötigt somit weniger Platz, vor allem weil man die Bank hoch klappen kann. Ein erstes Probeliegen fühlt sich gut an - 178cm Körpergröße und 75kg Gewicht. Eine Langhantel mit 2x 10kg für's Ausdauer-Training stellt vom Gewicht her kein Problem für diese Bank, auch nicht für die kleinen Haltenasen der Notablage, welche sehr solide angeschweißt sind. Das Abklappen der Bank nach unten und der Halteriehmen für die Füße machen diese Hantelbank gut nutzbar für Sit-Ups. Die Griffe für die Dips sind nicht zu weit auseinander und gut dimensioniert. Von mir eine klare Kaufempgehlung, für diejenigen, die Fitness-Training damit machen wollen. Für schwere Gewichte sollte man nach etwas massiverem Ausschau halten.
