Perfect EDC
I buy good quality pocket knives several times a year. I think I finally reached my "satori" with this one. It hit all of my bullets such as very good blade material and very sharp. Extremely fast flip opening. Wonderful handle material sturdy and light. All in a nice budget cost which makes me not afraid to use it for everyday task. This will be my go-to from now on! Beautiful knife it just feels right in the hand! I took the pocket clip off because I like to deep carry. I'm proud of this knife and will show it off every chance I get...lol. I would give it more than five stars if it would allow me. After all it is a Kershaw knife and I would not expect anything less than great workmanship.

The best bang for your buck quality everyday carry knife.
Have owned many different knives the past 30 years and Kershaw is by far the best quality Ive owned. Perfect for every day carry, strong well out together, no vibrations or loose parts, spring assist works great, pocket clip holds strong, and the blade well crafted and super sharp. Definitely recommend for anyone on a budget that wants a nice quality knife.

Good quality and size for EDC
The fit and finish of this knife is excellent, appears to hold an edge, and the size/weight are perfect for EDC. The scales on the grips are nice also. The blade is well centered and is nice and tight. I was carrying a small Swiss army knife and wanted to upgrade. I like the one-handed flipper assisted blade opening but I haven't had this long enough to know how this will work in cold weather while wearing heavy gloves like when I'm hunting (which is why I gave it 4 stars). Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it if you know you want the flipper style opening.

Budget friendly option.
Great knife for what it is. Kershaw really makes me wish they had premium steals in so many of their knives. They have such a wide selection of amazing styles but a very small selection of USA made quality steel blades. This being one I wish was made in Oregon. Awesome assisted budget blade. For a 1, 2 or 3 knife rotation EDC person this is a great budget knife to add. Happy shopping.

O - So - Sweet!
Written: 11/06/2021: This is my favorite EDC knife, and third favorite of all of my knives (probably have 40+). The only ones that beat it out are my "Spyderco Tenacious Folding Utility Pocket Knife with 3.39" Stainless Steel Blade and Durable Non-Slip G-10 Handle - Everyday Carry - PlainEdge - C122GP" (copy and paste of Amazon's title in case anyone wants an exact reference), and my fixed blade Cutco hunting/fishing knife (discontinued many years ago) which I love but rarely use. This fits perfectly in my average to maybe slightly larger than average hands. I really like the textured pattern and material of the handle. Gives a good grip without bing overly 'grippy' like knives made with the more rubberized/over-mold materials. My Spyderco gets the most usage out of all my knives, by far, but is just a bit bigger than what I personally want to use consistently for a EDC. This Kershaw is great for EDC. Size is perfect (in my opinion), not too big or too small. Feels solid and is a pleasure to use. I would buy another if I lost mine. I'm a pretty cheap guy, and I would probably pay up to $35 for a new one (not saying it's not worth more, just my personal value of the knife). MRSP is $50 per Kershaw's website and is currently listed for $30 here on Amazon as of 11/06/2021. I purchased this knife 04/27/2017, so have been using it for over 4.5 years as of the writing of this review, and I have had zero flaws thus far with frequent usage. Side note: I have seen it in orange as well. This can be a great option/gift for someone who is forgetful (I can't be the only one with a forgetful father!). Makes it easy to see and harder to forget and/or lose for those of us/those we know who have a habit of losing pocket knives. For other variants, I have also seen this with a black blade, olive green handle, grey handle, and 'moonlight' handle that glows in the dark and is white in daylight. *The attached pictures are not mine (google images) but are examples of the other color options.

Great bang for your buck. Good, sharp, high-quality knife at a low price.
This is a great knife. I'm not a collector or anything, so I don't have much to compare this to, but I tend to buy a new pocket knife every few years to replace older, well-used knives and this is my most recent one. It's also one of my favorites to have owned so far. The assisted opening mechanic is fast and smooth, the blade came nice and sharp, the handle feels solid and durable, and feels nice to hold and use. The most impressive thing is the price. I've paid more money, for knives that I didn't like as much as this one. Also, at this price, there's no real reason to treat it like a delicate baby. It's not going to break the bank if you use it so hard that you need to replace it. These are honestly the most important things to me. Whatever you pay for a knife, if it doesn't serve you well, or you don't like the way it feels, it isn't worth it! If it's too expensive to get dirty, how are you going to do any work with it? The key is to find a balance between fair price, and high quality, and I think this fits the bill, no pun intended. I could possibly see the pocket clip getting caught on things and bent out of shape, like some reviews have said, but it hasn't happened to me yet. Being able to swap which end it's on may also help some people, but I left it the way it was.

Cutlery perfection! The best knife I've had in this price range and better than most at any price.
I love this knife! This is the second one I have owned, I gave the first one to my dad after I lost the pocket clip, which was not due to the quality of the knife but because when I reversed the clip, to carry tip up, I did not reapply threadlocker (which Kershaw uses on all screws). I always carry a pocket knife and have tried many before and after my first OSO Sweet. I tried other Kershaws, the Burst for one, and several automatic knives (or push button switchblades if you prefer). No other knife has made me as happy as the OSO Sweet, this will be my standard pocket knife for the rest of my life. The main attraction for me is how it fits in my hand. I actually use my pocket knives a lot, not only for cutting but a lot of scraping applications too. I get a much better grip and a more ergonomic feel with the Sweet. The other key is the steel, it takes an edge well and holds it very well. I can keep it razor sharp only sharping it once a month through heavy use. It also opens as fast as any automatic knife I've had. The finger flip, which I was never fond of before the Sweet, along with the assisted open spring will open it with no wrist flick or additional force required and it's a lot faster and reliable to hit every time than the push buttons yet it has never opened while clipped to my pocket. This is my favorite knife out of the hundreds I have tried in my life.
