I use it for the easing of my muscles. I have some minimal pain and am flexible for my age so I am not expecting to find a great deal of difference. I have not tried level 3 yet. Have tried 1 for a couple of weeks and then onto level 2. Have tried the variation of programs. Enjoyed them all. I do use it on my firm mattress as I have difficulty getting up of the floor. Nice pocket for the control. This piece of equipment is more for maintenance with me. To continue to keep me flexible

I bought this to help me with aches and pains from years working at a desk, and its great. The thing I like most is it helps you get moving, and you can add as much or little effort on top as you like. I'm not sure it is fir die hard yoga people as they will always want more. But for the average Joe, its superb and I genuinely make time for it every day. Good product worth the money

I've suffered from sciatica down both legs and ass cheeks for years till I bought this Mat, when the pain comes on strong I lie on the mat for 2 sessions, stretch and relax and when I get out of bed in the morning the pain is gone till next time it kicks off, can't speak for everyone but it does work for me.

I have fibro and costo and struggle to sit at my desk for long. Didnt know what to expect of this but I thought it sounded worth a punt from the reviews. I found it quite uncomfortable first time but realised how much good it had done me during the rest of the day. I think it will really help with my pain and may make me move a bit easier. Really pleased I bought it now! Very impressed and surprised.

I brought this after trying it at a friends. It was more expensive than I would usually pay for items but over long term use it should earn its money. I don’t have any particular aches and pains, so just purchased it to help stretch after gardening etc. It does the job well.

I can't quite believe just how good this product is, it is so relaxing and you do feel better. Whether you want to relax and unwind or re-energise it does both equally well. This really does have to be some of the best money I have ever spent.

A very poor substitute for real yoga. It didn't really have much effect on me - I feel much better after stretching real yoga moves.
