It's effective . i notice it after 3 days of taking it. you just need to be consistent with taking it.

I use Bacopa to help my memory each morning. Good product.

Great for calming without drowsiness

I ordered a Bacopa supplement that said it was 1,500 milligrams per capsule. I assumed since the dose was that high that it would work as well or better than other brands I used. NOPE! I learned to never trust a supplement manufacturer outside of the US or Canada. NOW has a manufacturing facility in Bloomingdale, Illinois, and one in Sparks, Nevada. Now about the milligrams. While this Bacopa only has 450 mg (far less than the other brand I regrettably bought), it is powerful. While the other brand with a much higher dose did nearly nothing, this brand and dose gives me the effect that I expect from Bacopa. In other words, it works!

Easy to swallow. I hope it is honest abut the amount of Bacopa in the capsules. Are independently tested?

Arrived on time and easy to use

Severe, painful abdominal cramping with many bouts of explosive diarrhea within 24 hours of taking one capsule of Bacopa. I could've had a colonoscopy, I was so cleaned out. I blamed it on a tiny dose of magnesium citrate but three weeks later it happened again, this time no magnesium, only Bacopa. I had unrelenting abdominal pain for the next three months (no supplements taken at all), leading to a full GI workup with (of course) no findings. Now I've got a "functional dyspepsia" and "IBS" diagnosis on my chart which will haunt me to the end of days. After five months of mostly feeling better, I stupidly took a capsule of Bacopa four days ago, and yep, you guessed it, back on the toilet and cleaned out yet again. At last the lightbulb went on over my head and I realized it's been the Bacopa all along! Came here and to Reddit and found lots of folks who report this same reaction. Confirmation! Wish I'd thought to look here sooner. ;-)

記憶力改善の為に今までイチョウ葉エキスなど数種類のサプリメントを試してきましたが、明らかに効果が実感出来たのが「バコパ」でした。 今まではＮ新薬製のバコパサポニンを飲んでいましたが、こちらの商品の方が安いので乗り換えました。 商品名に「サポニン」が付いていないのが気になりますが、2ヶ月飲んだ感じでは違いが分かりませんでしたので、もう少し続けて見ようと思っています。

Llevo 10 días tomándolo y si he se todo una mayor capacidad de concentración en mis actividades las cuales exigen estar ideando, pensando y dando recomendación la mayor parte del tiempo debido al trabajo que desempeño. Lo único ha considerar es que se debe tomar con alimentos, particularmente yo ingiero dos cápsulas al día pero ambas con una separación de 3 horas como mínimo ya que son algo pesadas para el sistema digestivo.
