Recently traveled to Australia and this device really saved me with keeping all my peripherals and devices powered or charged! Having the USB outlets put my mind at ease knowing my devices wouldn’t be zapped/fried. I bought two of these guys and worked like a charm! I even utilized this guy on the airplane, too! The only caveat I find, though despite it being super helpful, is the LED light when it’s plugged-in. Because most of the outlets where I stayed were above table top, it would illuminate the room at night making it hard to sleep. However, it did come in handy as a night light. I just wish I could turn it off. Also, the unit is so boxy and heavy, I found it hard to stay put inside the outlet. I had to find items, like stacked books, to help prop it up enough to stay in. I would worry a little that it would slowly start falling out of the outlet and cause a surge. Although this didn’t happen, it still made me nervous. I’ll be going on a cruise in a week and will be taking advantage of the European double round pronged-outlet in the cabin so I can power more devices.

My first trip abroad with it. Works as prescribed although it doesn't charge super fast but OK! I love the 'night light' feature when plugged in although I am not sure if that was by design but I like it. Overall a little bulky for what it is but that is probably because of the multi prong slide out design! Overall I recommend it!

I got for him Xcentz Universal Travel Power Adapter International... he already tested this Travel Power Adapter using USA/Canada outlet and he told me - he like it as it does work good to charge his phone fast... he is happy with this Travel Power Adapter. I call it Good deal as in my books it better safe than sorry when traveling and need to charge your devices. also as per my brother saying this This Travel Power Adapter only to be used as Converter for the Power Outlet Only and/or usb charger when traveling as It Does Not do anything to change electrical current and/or Voltage. ps: also my brother told me about fuse buld in by design - user replacable... - it a good option as this way adapter last longer and if any problems user could replace fuse...

I really like this travel adapter. Sturdy construction, multiple ports, very fast charging, universal, works in USA, EU, Middle East and Asia, has a plug connection for every type including three prong. I never travel without at least two of them. If you travel internationally, this is a must have. Buy two or three, you will find them very useful.

This little box is awesome! It is a very sleek matte black and has all of the travel adapters you need to travel abroad! The adapter also has a nice locking mechanism to prevent the plugs from retracting when it is being used! Just push the bottom on the side and the plug retracts away!Bonus! The adapter has a small LED light on the underside! This helps to act as a night light!I cannot wait to use this thing on my trips abroad!

I did some searching and comparing work before I settled down with this travel adapter. It comes in a compact size and is easy to pack. I like it. Dual ports are enough for charging my phone and laptop. And don’t mistake it as a converter, it's simply an "adapter" and it's not converting 240v to 120v. But it was all fine for me, I took it to Europe and didn't need an expensive "converter" for anything, just be sure that you only use devices rated for both 120/240 50/60hz and you won't have a problem. I plan to use this travel adapter for the upcoming Thanksgiving trip to Italy. I was very surprised about its quality. It has a matte black finish, looks sturdy and feels smooth. It works for my camera and computer too. This one has better quality than my last travel adapter. My last adapter only work for certain countries. This one has EU, US/JP, AUST, and UK! On the back of the adopter, it has four USB ports. So, it should work well with smartphones as well.

This adapter worked once. The second time I plugged it in it shorted out with a big pop. Save you moneyUpdate - the vendor saw my review and offered a refund or replacement so they do stand behind the product. The problem for me is I bought it counting on it working. It failed and I was across the globe. A replacement had to be sourced in Australia. This is the hassle and expense I was trying to avoid by buying one in advance.
