Need to lose weight after being inactive, so checked through different products. So after a week lost about 6pounds, I haven't followed the exact diet though. Kept using Oatibix for breakfast and an evening meal with just fish or chicken with veg, and just changed my lunch. So seems to work for losing weight. You get 4 different flavours, so a reasonable variety so not getting bored, since I don't repeat that often
