What a story!! I commend Aphrodite Jones for bringing us this story in the format she chose. Review: fascinating story but many typos - Fascinating story about another true sociopath, masquerading as a normal, human being until something doesn't go her way and she eliminates it. The typos are amazingly common and you'd think a journalist would take some pride in having her book edited properly. I'd give the book a 5 except it was very annoying having to decipher what was meant to be said. For some odd reason, the letter "H" came out as "B" many, many times. The statement that was supposed to say, "He crossed the street before he could see what was coming his way", would come out, "Be crossed the street before be could see what was coming bis way." Other than the many typos, the book was very interesting and worthy of being read.

A true evil mind.
Great book, a well written story of a horrible evil, selfish woman, Della ("Dante") who used all these men to get what she wanted and then turned on them. It was unbelievable how she did this over and over. In my opinion she was mentally unbalanced. Very well written! Kept me interested until the very end. Also, regarding the previous reviews: as of May 2016, the book was updated so that all of the errors in the kindle version were corrected and no longer exist. Reading through the book, I found no such errors that were complained about.

You can't make this stuff up!
OMG, what a trashy story. While the writing by Ms. Jones was just OK, the book suffered horribly from poor editing. Lots of sentences that made no sense, and endless mistakes, like loads of "be" instead of "he" and so on. (I guess Jones doesn't realize that you can't rely on spell-check alone!) One of the "best" boo-boos is that the author writes that Della was reading "boobs" about how to marry a millionaire! LOL! Also, the sequence of events seems to skip back and forth regularly, without a meaningful reason. Again, a good editor would have made a huge difference. All in all, it is a description of a truly despicable woman, who managed to fool several men into being interested in her, to their detriment. The better part of the book was Jones' coverage of the murder trial. I was glad when the book was finished. It was that icky...

Della's Webb
This is a great true crime novel and the first I have read by this author. I will be looking for more by her. Well written and very well told. The flow and development are fantastic.

Dante Sutorius Innocent or Guilty?
Della's Web is a very interesting book about a woman named Della 'Dante' Sutorius who is a black-widow spider when it comes to men. She was accused of murdering her heart surgeon husband, Darryl, in 1996. The book was a quick read and held my interest from beginning to end. The author had a lot of negative information about Della - from her mother to her siblings to her daughter to her friends to her exes. If there was anything positive to say about her, it wasn't included in this book. I guess I find it hard to believe that a person could be so rotten and narcissistic. I like the author, Aphrodite Jones, and read some of her other books. I would recommend this book to any true crime reader and hope that Ms. Sutorius was portrayed accurately because she spent her remaining years in prison and died in 2010. I have to say that her defense attorney, R. Scott Croswell, tried very hard to get her acquitted and if I was on the jury, I would not have wanted to convict her. He brought up excellent points and I truly believe that Dr. Sutorius was suicidal.

Interesting read, worth the time and money. horrible editing
Had a hard time putting this book down. Getting to know the details of Dante 's treatment of prior husbands and lovers was fascinating. This is the first book I've read by this author and now I'm going to find more to read, because she is an excellent writer. The editing (what editing?) Was wretched. Too many typos to believe!

The book itself was a real good read. The story kept you in the book ...
The book itself was a real good read. The story kept you in the book very well. The only problem I had with it was there was sooooooo many mispelling of words sometimes you had to look at it 2 times and then go ok I see what it was really supposed to mean.

This book is an excellent book about a greedy selfish evil woman who only thought about money and was very cruel to her partners. Ignore comments about the typo errors as they didn't spoil the book for me at all. I would recommend anyone who likes true crime to read this. You won't be disappointed
