Yoga Burn Total Body Challenge + Yoga Band

I have lupus so needed something that was effective yet gentle. This one is. Only thing is the band they sent was not the correct one. Have to use one of my own.

This didn’t include the yoga band that it had in the description. When I contacted the seller they told me it was in the case with the videos. Of course it wasn’t. I wrote back and can not get a response. Love video so far, but don’t buy from this seller.

You can go at your own pace, which I love. I also don't have to drive to the gym which kept me from working out before! It's my 3rd time through the challenge, and I can feel it getting easier to complete without "wimping out" on a few moves I did the first time around... toward the last few weeks I still wimp out a little sometimes lol BUT I was a size 11 and now I'm a size 7 or 8 again! She keeps you positive even if you don't look as good as her doing it on your first try. My arms aren't flabby and I have a smaller stomach and much less cellulite. It also helps my back because of the yoga aspect!

Did not include the band, only the dvds. One cover with 4 dvds, nothing else, very deceptive picture of the product. Not as shown. Disappointing.

Do not buy this. It is the biggest waste of money. Basically you do a 15 min workout 3 times per day. There are better ones on YouTube for free. Also their customer support is awful.
