This seems like a good product
Since I’ve only had this for a day and have only taken 3 capsules, I can only give a first impression. The capsules are well made and packaged. The enclosed documentation is thorough, well researched, and grammatically correct. I can only presume that it is a healthy, properly made, and independent lab tested product that recreates an ancient classic Oriental Medicine remedy.

Already noticing a huge difference!
I’ve been using this and it works great so far. I read you have to take it a few months for full effect, but really good so far after 5 weeks. Less PMS, less sugar cravings, more “balanced” moods around my cycle. Love this product.

Great stuff but one flaw
I love this supplement and have been buying it for about a year now. It’s part of my daily routine and I truly believe it’s beneficial to my health and mental/emotional balance. However, each bottle comes with enough doses for about a month with one capsule left over each and every time. With each dose being three capsules, why leave one and not pack enough doses for a full month? Is this a form of saving costs? Given the price, I’d expect much more from this company. Since it’s the highest quality I’ve found so far, I’m sticking with it for now.

Tamper seal broken
I just removed it from the plastic wrapping and the seal is tampered with. Unfortunately I missed my return window. Edit- the issue was resolved quickly by customer service, so I’ll up it to 3 stars for that
