Don't expect too much
poor quality..no where they mentioned actual seller and item brand ..not worth for this much money...poor packing

Good jugaad item. Misleading description!
The product is easy to use. But the bands don't seem to be bands. In fact they feel like hollow rubber tubes. I think if you buy branded resistance bands they wont be hollow tubes. This is a jugaad item. But still you can achieve basic fitness from this. Since they're hollow tubes they may not be durable. One more thing I hated is that seller is trying to mislead about the resistance levels. Its mentioned black is 50lb in description. In actual feel when used for biceps curls they feel like 5-7.5 kg dumbbell. When you combine all the bands and do biceps curls it feels somewhere around 12.5-15 kg dumbbell. But its nowhere close to the claims done in description.

Pathetic product
Pathetic product..i used it hardly for 20 days and rope got broke in 2 parts..very disappointed

Good product
Good product and value for money. Good way to work out at home. Having used proper weights at the gym, I feel that the weights of each band is not exactly accurate. But that is fine for me. Cuz I can add more bands and create the desired weight for me. Might be of a bit trouble for others.
