I got these boots after seeing 3 of my work colleagues all wearing the same; who highly recommended them. Initially I waited for Amazon Prime day and then Black Friday to see if they would be discounted because before I would spend approx £40 on a pair of safety boots. After seeing no discount I purchased the boots and my first week at work was totally blown away. Normally with safety boots there would be a period of breaking them in and I would be in pain; with these boots I had no pain or discomfort. To my surprise my planter fasciitis issues didn’t bother me either and after 48 hours at work over 4 days my feet still felt good. £121 is a good investment especially in my case when working 4 on 4 off work shift of 12 hour days. I can definitely recommend these after using them.

this is my second pair the first lasted over a year and i can still wear them but a toecap is starting to show so i replaced them ,boots are so comfortable i spend 10hrs a day wearing them with no foot fatigue highly recommend

After searching for too many hours looking for the most suitable and quality safety shoes, for working 10 1/2 hour shifts on a solid concrete warehouse floor, I decided to try UVEX. I was looking at others initially (Reebok, new balance, timberland) Around the £100 mark. But none stood out in terms of durability. Comfort yes, but you expect them to last at this price range and after reading some reviews and going with my gut, I thought I’d try UVEX. The fact that they specialise in safety wear etc made me more optimistic. Well I’ve just finished my second shift in them and they have been better than I could have imagined. Before in my company issued boots, I would change my socks and air my sweaty feet during my break. I had terrible blisters and though roomy, my toes were pressed together and in a really bad state. The bottom of my feet would throb painfully during the last couple of hours, and for a bit after work. Now though! Wow. They are amazing. My feet are absolutely fine. They really do air well and at the end of the day, in the same pair of socks, there is minimal sweat that is barely registrable. When I unpackaged them, I was a little skeptical, the soles look heavy and might not provide a soft tread. But they do, it’s hard to explain but you just have a knowing that whatever movement you make, the shoes will provide the right kind of adjustment for you, easing or propelling the motion. And the materials are of great quality. They ooze it. I must add that I did not use the insoles that they provided, (I use Dr Scholls work, gel massage) as they didn’t look particularly comforting for the toes. But for all I know they could be great. I shall trial them when I need a new pair). So sorry to go on, I hope to help somebody. I shall update here should anything go wrong, but I am 99% confident that it won’t. Great job UVEX!!! The MOST comfortable work boots I have ever owned (& i've owned a lot). I have mine 18 months & have used them every day in work. The comfort is second to none, when they need to be replaced I'll just get another pair. Well worth the money.

I always bought cheap boots, so this purchase has been a real upgrade. Very spacious for toes, lightweight, no friction at all when walking. Super comfortable and seem to be very durable, time will tell. Will never cheap out on boots again.

The boots are good and comfy, only issue is the sole, started crumbling after 8 months. Still good value for money but I would like it to hold for a year at least.
