Google Heirloom Traditions Allinone Paint Videos. There is one that is step by step showing how to do kitchen cabinets. I painted by oak cabinets the color "Bone" (off white). Turned out great and was so easy. No sanding. Just clean with their Deglosser, wipe off and paint.

Does this product work on tile so that shiplap/paneling can be glued right on the tile with an effective hold?

This isn’t a glue. It cleans and slightly roughs up a surface to be painted

I don’t know how many feet it covers, but I have used it on several pieces of furniture and still have some left over.
