Review: Must have equipment!! - Hassle free delivery and installation (especially during the lock down situation in Kerala). Product got delivered within a day! After raising a request for installation via whatsapp, a welcare technician came and did the installation within 3 days of delivery. They guide you to register the product for warranty and gives us confirmation after registration. The product is mostly being used by my dad and mom although I too use it sparingly. My parents love it so much that they use it twice a day- morning and evening. My dad is a stroke survivor and never had any physical activity for close to 8 years and was apprehensive even to start using it. But once he got confident he is able to walk comfortably for close to an hour. If you have loved ones who are in need of physical exercise but are either unable to due to the pandemic or unwilling to by any other means, go for this and you will not regret it. Pros: Hassle free delivery and installation. Equipment is sturdy and is easily transportable due to the hydrolic folding mechanism and tyres although you rarely move it once installed in a common area.I have used it at all the speed levels (1-14 km/h) and it doesn't vibrate or feel unstable at higher speeds. It has 12 pre-set workouts to choose from. Cons: It doesn't have inclination settings but again this is not your gym grade treadmill. I feel that the heart rate monitor is not that accurate. Only other piece of advice would be to not go for the model with the messager thing. We hardly touch it as it needs to be connected separately. Can easily save 2-3 k of you choose the model without it. After using it for close to a month now, I can say that this is a must have piece of equipment and for the utility it offers at this price point, it is not a luxury! We spend more than this for our smartphones! I will update my review after checking the long term durability and after care support and service from welcare.
