Fluid Performance - Low Sugar Endurance Fuel Sports Drink Mix with Electrolytes, All Natural Ingredients, Gluten-Free for Before or During Exercise (Fresh Citrus, 30 Serving)

I definitely need a liquid calorie and electrolyte mix. I'm trying to run Ultras and go really far and after a 50k definitely my stomach does not want to cooperate with getting calories down 250 calories an hour is ideal so this liquid makes it possible for me to get 100 calories from liquid and 150 calories from solid food and that seems to be a great mixture. I have tried other endurance fuel powders and all of them have caused faster intestinal issues or have had a horrible taste and left residue in my mouth. This one does not leave a residue it's nice and clean I use two scoops and 17 oz of water and I drink half of that per hour so 100 calories an hour.

I use this mix on long runs, >6 miles in the heat, and never an upset stomach have I had. The pink lemonade flavor is definitely present, but not overwhelming. During weight lifting workouts I mix this with XTEND kiwi strawberry BCAAs and a scope of vanilla protein powder. FLUID is my go-to for hydration with electrolyte replacement.

I love FLUID Fresh Citrus Performance! I run ultra marathons and have used this product in every race I've ran for the past 4+ years, up to two 100 Mile races (Angeles Crest 100). The longer races have really low lows so it's important to have an awesome electrolyte mix like Fresh Citrus to keep the calories going in when it's a struggle to eat. I highly recommend this product, it's seriously amazing!!

I run marathons up to 100 milers. Use a lot of gatorade. But after hours of downing the stuff I get "rot gut." Even after I'm done running I can't eat because my stomach is irritated despite being incredibly hungry. Just downed half a gallon of this stuff after a 20 mile run and I feel great. No stomach issues.

This is a product you want to use! Whether you use it doing long workouts/rides or when you are feeling dehydrated from life. The flavor is perfect without being cloying. It's light and refreshing, even when it inevitably warms up in your bottle hot days. In the past I've had issues with my stomach being affected with performance drinks and I've never had an issue with Fluid Performance. Highly recommend it!

I've tried just about every FRD on the market (Gatorade, Hammer, Accelerade, Gen UCAN, etc). Most of us need a little more sodium than the traditional product offers, and nobody likes artificial dyes, fillers or other ingredients. Fluid offers that, and all of the flavors taste awesome consistently throughout long runs and rides. Love it!

Good flavor and good electrolytes....not for me though. I am a type 2 diabetic with no meds and use it on ultras and distances over 20 miles.

This is for working out because you’ll burn calories and feel arm burn trying to get the powder to dissolve. It seems like some of it does but bits of it clump up. Flavor is adequate, taste is good but fairly weak for how much powder you put into drink compared to other brands. Found heating up water with it getting it to dissolve (most of it at least) then poor over ice. Or you can ‘shake weight’ your water bottle for 15min. Good nutrition for getting hydrated and keeping endurance.
