I could suggest the team to upload some of the tutorials in their application. So, that it really helps for us to go ahead with easy cooking with proper guidelines. I have not used any OTG or oven beforehand and therefore was little nervous before ordering. Lookwise the OTG is wonderful. Also the functions and operations are easy even for a first timer like me. Tried couple of cakes and tandoori chicken and all were turned out delicious. The handle and front glass dont heat up that one can not touch. The only thing that bothers me is their after sales service. I booked free demo during purchasing of the otg. I got a call from their kolkata office and they informed me that they can not send anyone for the free demo as they do not have anyone in my district. Rather the person send me some random youtube video links to my whatsapp. I was furious and want to ask inalsa that if you do not have anyone in my district then why did you put that free demo option in my pincode? And how will you provide any service to the product in future?whatever, i read the instructions booklet and google some videos and decided to try it by myself. And i found the operation is quite easy and totally satisfied with the outcome of the final products. I request inalsa to look into their services as they may loose business in long run for such a nice product. Thinking of deducting one star as they did not provide the free demo, but so satisfied with the otg till now that i am giving 5 star.

While the product itself is good and with decent build, the accessories are of sub par quality. I got a damaged set of accessories and the customer support is of no help. Get ready to deal with the multiple conversions, picture sharing, and delay in actual usage after you buy it.

We love having this in our kitchen, it looks so stylish! Very sleek modern design, and the body has a smooth brushed metal look, not the matte look as in the images here, looks very classy. Coming to the functions, it has everything needed for baking and grilling, including a convection fan and a powerful inside light. The manual is well thought out, and goes to show how many functions the company has tried to squeeze in given the economical price. I was immediately contacted by their representative to arrange a demo, which we did not need anyway as the manual is easy to understand and we set the oven up ourselves. If you're new to ovens, please avail a demo when they call. I had a question about the functions, and since it was late at night (outside their working hours) I emailed them, and received an answer the next morning itself. Good customer service experience overall. The only con I could find was that the steel attachments provided (such as rotisserie and skewers) seem a little out of sync with the rest of the machine in terms of quality. Not sure they will last that long, the metal looks plated. However at this price point, it's not a big deal. And my mom (who has been baking for over 20 years) totally loves the OTG so I had to overlook this minor issue. All in all, I would surely recommend this whether you're new to baking or an expert baker. It has all the necessary functions in a stylish package

Has multiple features, Does the job that you expected.All the basic additions are provided like holder, Grill Rotasserie, plate to protect dripping Con's - Gets extremely heat outside, in and around the OTG, Cord is unbelievably short, Light inside could have helped a lot and should have been a very basic feature.
