One of these caplets covers my entire face.Note that real, effective vitamin E is clear, colorless, thick, sticky and doesn't feel great going on. For a while Sundown Naturals sold a good vitamin E oil, but they stopped, and all the others I've tried either are clearly cut with something to make it runny, cloudy or colored (and some have the gall to claim it's "natural", pure vitamin E isn't a natural product to begin with) This is a good, inexpensive alternative to that nonsense.
