Much better delivery experience than when one of Carlson's "distributors' handle the order/shipment. This shipment was on time as promised. Last few from their distributor have been sloppy and not only time on time; but with inaccurate shipping details that caused the product to be outside in Florida Sun for far too long. Love the product. The smell is HORRIBLE though. SO BAD.

First, let tell you I've been suffering with acne since i was 19 years old. An have tried everything out there to combat it. Even went to the dermatologist it helped for a bit but didn't last so long till the hideous cystic acne along with its little friends came back.Now I've been taking these vitamins for roughly 2 months an it has helped me out so much the acne is slowly fading out with no new ones reappearingr. Took about 3 weeks to see results.My advice when taking these vitamins(two pills a day after a meal)Is 1 take vitamins2. Use witch hazel with a cotton ball to dab on face3. Moisturize4. Drink plenty of water

My family has taken this many years as noted in the title. My parents (both in their 90s) credit this supplement with their long life and health. We are great fans of Carlson Labs and feel that they have very high quality oils.
