I rented this book for my last quarter, I decided I did not want to be bothered with buying a book when I was not going to be needing it for future use. The order came very quick, and I was pleased with the delivery  process. I do not have any problems with the book's content,  my only concern with it is that it is spiral bound and the pages are rather thin so you need to be careful with it especially if it is a rental or if it is something you purchased and plan on keeping or re-selling

This was our first time 'leasing' a book. We were very pleased with the quick delivery  and the book was in excellent condition. I did expect there to be information on returning the book when it arrived but there was nothing of a sort. I assume I need to look back at the original transaction and see what it says. I hope I'm not premature on this but when the time comes to return the book, that it goes without a hitch.

its a well written book with many good tips and has a great study guide to study from. bought this for my speech 101 class and its great! the only thing i dont like is the spiral build. this could very easily come apart in the later years of use. other than that its a very enriching book that helps you understand how to speak in front of crowds
