The cases are sturdy, durable and the phone is completely encased. The screen cover is tight and hard to get on and off. The screen cover does a good job and doesn't interfere with any of the touch functions.The downside is dirt and lint gets between the phone and the screen cover which means you have to take the cover off to clean it. Over time, this wears on the screen cover and can make it warp or tear in the corners.Another downside to this case is the clip on the back to stand up the phone will wear and break over time. Thats not a big deal because I don't use it as much.I bought this more than once though because it does such a good job protecting the phone. Also the price point is good for the quality. I'd recommend this on those two points alone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but has some flaws *by M***N on September 22, 2021* It's a durable case and has lasted so far without a scratch only problems are-Phone can be hard to get out of case.-Plastic screen protecter.Edit:Some time has past and the case has been through hell and back and protected my phone not even a scratch.Only problem is my kickstand is broken and the top part of it is out of its track.The screen protector looks horrible and glares badly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rugged case for LG V50 Thinq *by C***H on February 19, 2020* I just received this case today, and it looks and feels like it could protect my phone from a pretty hard drop. I got this case after the other cheaper ones I got lacked a protective lip around the front of the screen causing my glass screen protector to crack on 3 of the 4 corners in minor falls. This case has a lip around the front where if I dropped it face down or on the corner, the case would hit the ground instead of the screen (or screen protector). I will say that I literally started sweating trying to get the case open to put it on my phone, then again when I had to take it back off to do some modifications, so it's not an easy on easy off type of case. I followed the directions about using a coin in the corner divot, but it was still a struggle. The case comes with a thin flexible plastic that goes over the screen. I opted to peel that off since I figured it would get scratched and I already have a glass screen protector on my phone. It also wasn't laying completely flush which made typing more difficult, and I also had trouble accessing the top pull down menu with it on. It was easy to remove though. The little kickstand thing on the back is pretty cool, and allowed me to stand the phone up both horizontally and vertically.
