Do you have a picky eater in your flock? I do. This is her most loved pellet food out of 8 other brands. She'll still eat nuts but she chooses this pellet god next and that's a good thing. Seeds are not good for macaw diets. My parrot was on a seed diet for too long. This product has been an answer to my prayers. Full of good nutrition and little mess. She loves the large pellet shape too. Cause for parrot minds, shapes matter.

Good for birds that are prone to fatty liver, amazons in particular or geriatric birds. Talk to your avian vet. My Amazon enjoys them soaked.

I have 3 cockatoos and all three eat these pellets. I've tried others but they insist on these. One of my cockatoo's recently had a blood panel and it showed she was perfect. My vet said, "keep feeding those pellets". Great product.

This food was recommended by our vet to get for our Double Yellow Head Amazon. She will not eat this food even though she has always eaten pellets. The pellets are very hard and too small for her to hold on to.

Item was shipped and received very fast. Good value for my money. Am satisfied, but I did order medium sized pellets and received small size. Thankfully it is not too small and think my parrot will eat this size. That is why 4 stars instead of 5 for rating.
